It was also quite cold at the top in late September (2 degrees C), so do dress in layers, bring sunglasses and sunscreen.”

The gathering of groups was very unorganized - we rode up with one guide who said we would take plenty of breaks as we did the climb but upon arrival we were passed to another guide (Giuseppe).…”
